Course description

Design Thinking is a set of principles that more and more companies are beginning to adopt to make sense of the complexities of their business environments and to identify ways to innovate and grow. It helps them to develop new products and models that resonate with and appeal to customers by imagining the customers' experiences and striving to improve every aspect of them - quickly, creatively, and iteratively. During this training, we provide an introduction to Design Thinking & Sprinting and how to facilitate this process in an organisation.

Learning objective

Upon completion of this training, participants will be able to understand the added value of Design Thinking & Sprinting, and the relevance of this concept to their own organisation. Also, they will be able to initiate and facilitate Design Thinking initiatives.
