Course description

Nearly all business programmes involve business change in some way: changes to processes, metrics, organisation structure or the way that people work. Therefore change management is an essential skill for all involved in such initiatives. Participants will improve their ability to manage both the hard, project focused aspects of change and the softer, people focused aspects.

Learning objective

Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to: describe some of the key theorists in change management, understand PA's change management approach and the key elements of the change framework; apply PA's change framework in practice to design and deliver a change programme; use some of the Driving tools and Releasing interventions in practice.
