Course description
In this course, PA explains the 4 steps that should be taken in solving problems. From defining the problem to be solved, to structuring the problem, to prioritising more effectively, to synthesising not summarising.
Learning objective
Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to apply a structured approach to problem solving in their organisation. Furthermore, they will have the skills to facilitate problem solving in their organisation and be able to coach / train colleagues in applying this approach.
